It's never too early to order!

We do not accept orders for pickup on Mondays with the exception of our seasonal collections. If you need to pick up your order on a Monday, please order it for the day before.

Cakes in our Pronto Cake collection can be ordered up to 7 days before pickup.

For Custom Orders, we kindly ask for 3 weeks lead time but we can often accomodate orders with shorter notice so please do not hestitate to reach out.

For seasonal collections, the pickup period and cutoff dates will be listed on each listing.

It's fun to find out about people's favourite themes, names, colours, and design preferences as well as the images you use as inspiration.

Please start by submitting a Custom Order Form.

Once we have received your inquiry, we will reach out to agree on timing, design and price. At that time, an invoice is generated.

Your order is confirmed only once payment is received. Full payment is required for all orders however we may offer installment payments on large/bulk orders.

Custom Cakes start at over $100 and increase in price depending on size and complexity.

Custom Cookies start at $85 per dozen with a minimum order of 2 dozen.

Custom Cupcakes range from $45 - $85 per dozen with a minimum order of 1 dozen.

Pickup is in Barrhaven. The address will be in your confirmation email after checkout.

We do not offer pickups on Monday.

If you wish to postpone your order, please notify us at least one week prior to your order date. Store credit will be applied to your next order minus any costs already incurred by Sweet Queen.

If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so with no penalties up to 7 days before your pickup date.

Refunds are issued in the form of store credit.

Orders cancelled with less than 7 days' notice are not eligible for refund.

We do not deliver at this time. However, we are exploring options and hope to offer delivery in the future.

We do not ship. However, we can recommend packaging for your cookies should you wish to ship them yourself.
